Cathryn: "My mom works at butchers on a Saturday and we all are a little bit obsessed with the sausages and we all love big breakfast and stuff, so it's kind of what the family like basically it's a glorified sausage roll." Wrapping Parma ham around the contents of a full English breakfast: eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding. Made with flaky pastry.

Paul Hollywood: "That flake is. Is lovely. That's quite impressive, that, Catherine. What if essentially you've done is you've made a massive sausage roll? I think it's nice, but it is. It's a massive sausage roll." Mary Berry: "It's a lovely family Wellington. You've got a young family and I can imagine this appealing to everybody. It's different from all the others, but for me, it's absolutely delicious."
