"I think they look all very even, and I like the design. But the frangipane top, honestly, it looks like fried mushrooms or something."


"The frangipane is filled with a little layer of apricot gelatinous, and then on top of that, we got a black sesame and cashew frangipane."


"The sesame is not really bringing anything to the party. Cashew gets lost. But, I mean, the flavour is okay."


"And the pastry is nice and crisp. I just think it looks a bit like sardine paté."
