Dylan: "This is my savory scone. I love this because there's so many different flavors in this one. Because I have fennel (seeds) in the dough, the last thing you're left with is this taste of fennel at the end."
Dylan: "Celeriac puree is topped with a little dill oil."
Voice-over: "Dylan elevated his savory scones with fennel seeds. He filled them with celeriac and cream cheese puree, sauteed fennel, and an elegant smoked salmon."
