Bailey: "So I did, like, a chicken parm inspired pizza with a tigelle bread. I just made, like, a chicken thigh, like, a quick sausage and provolone mozzarella parm, and pecorino."

"It's a little heavy, bready, but if you're going for a chicken parm, Tigelle, maybe the breadiness makes sense, but this is under-cooked unfortunately."
"I didn't notice she'd put cornmeal on the bottom. I actually don't mind it."

"I find it, like, way too grainy. It almost makes it like a mass produced pizza."
"Maybe that's why I like it. I like the chicken parm. I love the flavor. I mean, that's familiar and great."
