Focaccia with Sun-Dried Tomato and Rosemary

Voice-over: "Jasminda is an assistant credit control manager from Birmingham. She always tries to add an unexpected twist to her baking. She's the only baker attempting a focaccia stuffed with sundried tomatoes and rosemary and topped with char grilled peppers and garlic."
Jas: "I want it to have lots of taste and texture to it. So it's going to have a little kick from the sundried tomatoes and a nice fresh taste coming from the rosemary. And then you've got the color and the texture coming from the peppers and the garlic which I've cooked in a glass of wine."
Paul Hollywood: "What I'm looking for is quite an irregular crumb. The footnote of a good focaccia is an irregular crumb. The structure of it is not as open as I expected it to be. See there? And that denotes that the dough is quite tight. Needs more liquid into the dough. I think it needs more salt. But a little bit wetter on the dough will give you to release the tightness. Like air holes like that all the way over it. And that's what you're looking for."
