Luis' "Opposite Attracts" Rye Rolls
Voice-over: "Luis is hoping that his marriage of pale fennel and parsnip dough with a darker dough made from carrots, coffee and chocolate will pay off. I want to do something that's a little bit different than just a normal roll. So they'll either be great or a complete disaster."
Mary Berry: "That's so pretty on the inside, isn't it? Look at that."
Paul Hollywood: "Very clever. And it is baked very well. I can see that. I like that. Pure alchemy. I was thinking too many flavors, but actually ..." (holds out his hand for a shake).
