Vinny: "I'm going to do a variation on pate en croute inspired by an uncrustable. Got a beautiful slice of jambon followed by some foie pate."
Presenting to Judges
Vinny: "So I made a paté en croute inspired by an uncrustable. So there's some ham, cheese, some foie pate, as well as goat cheese, and then some pickles that were made in the microwave."
Judges
"Vinny. I think the biggest thing for me that threw it way off was the texture of the goat cheese and the foie together. It did not work flavor wise. Let's put a grape jelly in it next time."
