Miranda: "I like doing puddings. I just think pudding's the best part of the meal and for me, that's the most important part."
Miranda: "I'm making a classic sticky toffee pudding with a twist of caramelized walnuts".
Judges
Mary Berry: "Does that not look good? You've got all the fruit, none of it is sunk. And that lovely caramel sauce, those nuts on the top."
Paul Hollywood: "Caramel doesn't work."
Mary Berry: "Well, I'm going to totally disagree with you. I love that crunch on the top. I love all that caramel sauce."
Paul Hollywood (retreating): "Your core sponge is what this is all about. And that is very, very good."
