Tasha's Ginger, Almond and Dark Chocolate Torte

Tasha: "I'm doing a ginger torte with a good amount of booze, so I've got amaretto and ginger wine inside the torte. Weird combination on its own, but in cake, it works really well."
Voice-over: "Tasha's unusual ginger cocktail would be combined with dark chocolate and ground almonds. And for an even stronger spice kick, she'll decorate the torte with piped praline ganache and ginger mascarpone."
Prue Leith: "What I like about this is you're really pushing the boat out, because to put ginger with chocolate is clever."
Paul Hollywood: "I'm not sure that finish looks as good as it could."
Prue Leith: "Come on. I'm dying for the bite of ginger."
Prue Leith: "Ginger's lovely and strong, I like it, but the texture of the cake is very puddingy. Too moist."
Paul Hollywood: "The ginger brings the heat, but what I do get is a ton of amaretto. For me, it's drowned it."
