Raspberry Jam and Passionfruit Curd Scones

Putting fresh raspberries in the scone dough gave Georgie some challenges and she ended up re-making them. The moisture in the dough can be a great thing if handled carefully but the size of the raspberries also makes it hard to cut the scones out neatly.
"That's a bit lighter and cakier, but.there's not enough flavor there. If you're going to put raspberries, you need to put quite a lot."
"I love it with all the filling. Passion fruit, cream. What's not to like?"
"Overall, I think you've done a decent job on both of them. Not quite polished enough, but the flavor ideas are good."
