Dylan was hoping that his tropical flavours would be a hit with the judges.

Dylan: "I'm making a sticky mango rice loaf cake. I went to Thailand last year and sticky mango rice was one of my favorite things"

Voice-over: "Dylan recreated his favorite Thai dessert with a mango compote filled coconut sponge."

Paul Hollywood: "It's very neat. You got a good height to that cake."

Prue Leith: "I love the little parcels on the top - looks like meringue ... or boiled eggs!"

Paul Hollywood: "The sponge feels a bit doughy."

Dylan: "When I was mixing the ingredients at the beginning, the yogurt got forgotten."

Paul Hollywood: "It's quite dense. Flavor wise, flavor's good, but the bake is ... not."
