Judge: "Tristan, your pizza - explain your idea."

Tristen: "I basically took all the things I wouldn't do on a pizza. Like, I don't like ranch on a pizza, that's not my thing. I wanted it to kind of eat like a kebab, and that comes with tzatziki. So, I wanted to do that. I was a little scared about the dough because I used straight beer for my crust so that I could hopefully get more fermentation in the flavor."

Judge: "The idea of the kebab, I think you executed that quite well. It was quite successful and clever."

Judge: "You spoke to my Greek heart on this one. That ranchovy dipping sauce, that took it to the top for me."
