Judge: "Cesar, how are you feeling about standing here? Are you surprised?" 

Cesar: "No. The whole pizza challenge was a challenge for me. I know you guys wanted something different, so I was like, maybe chocolate with pizza, and I just wanted to try it."

Judge: "Where you lost me was unfortunately, on my first bite, I got a sense of bitterness that wasn't pleasurable. And I think adding that cocoa powder and then you get that burning on the bottom just didn't do the pizza dough any favors." 

Cesar: "I agree. "

Judge: "Your flavors were good, but there was just a lot on there. You needed that crunch underneath to really let that dish shine."
