Judge: "Paula, did your pizza turn out the way you wanted it to turn out?" 

Paula: "I don't think so. I think I put too many toppings on it." 

Judge: "The chimichurri, a lot more fatness that I wanted. Once the cheese all was melted, even maybe too much sauce as well. These milk doughs are softer doughs, so it's going to flop, and it seemed to be very undercooked." 

Paula: "Yeah. I saw your bite as soon as you picked it up"

Judge: "When you start to add a lot of those toppings and all that moisture, you're never really going to be able to get a true bake because you're releasing much more moisture in the dough, and it's baking in, and I think that's why my pizza was raw."
