Jon: "And some mango spheres on the top."
Prue Leith: "What do you mean, mango spheres?"
Jon: "Mango spheres. It's like an egg yolk first, and then the sauce comes out of them."
Prue Leith: "It looks great. I like the mango 'egg yolks' on the top. There is a bit of a spiral going on there. I'm longing to see how the spherification works."
Paul Hollywood: "The spherification is a nice little touch. I think it's delicious. The passion fruit - you've really got that flavor coming through. And it's about the sharpness, about celebrating the fruit, you know? Wow."
