This is a stunning combination. We love the rosemary powder, but you can also use 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary in the pan when cooking the jam - just remember to remove them before serving!

Ingredients

4 cups fresh, or frozen, blackberries
Juice of 1 lemon
150 g caster sugar
10 g Organic Rosemary Powder

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a low boil and simmer until berries break down and mixture thickens about 35 minutes.
