Ingredients
1 cauliflower
200 ml milk
100 ml double cream
salt, pepper and grated nutmeg
Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into florets, place in a pan with the milk and cream and cook until soft.
Liquidize until smooth, season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg
