Matty's Classic Sausage Rolls

Matty: "The apples are quite good for getting some moisture into the sausage rolls. You can't have a dry sausage roll, can you?"
Voice Over: "Matty's tweaking classic pork, sage and onion sausage roll flavours by adding grated apple and a touch of chilli."
Matty: "It's kind of like a play on pork and apple with stuffing."
Paul Hollywood: "Okay, sounds like a good idea. Where's the chilli going?"
Matty: "I've just put, like, half a teaspoon in the sausage meat. A little added element. Hopefully it works. Fingers crossed."
Paul Hollywood: "I love the shape of them. They're nice and round."
Prue Leith: "Couple of things I really like about one, I like the colour and you've got a nice strong bake underneath. But you see the layers here, the lamination, that's a good sign there. They do look very nice. Oh, nice, crisp. Nice bit of kick there from the chilli."
Paul Hollywood: "Little bit of chili flakes. Yeah. Thank you for bringing me a real sausage roll. It's a very good sausage roll. It's delicious. The onions really work. The apple really works. The chilli is great in there. It's really good."
