The eighth series of The Great Canadian Baking Show ™ first aired on 6 October 2024, with ten contestants. Ann Pornel and Alan Shane Lewis presented the show and Bruno Feldeisen and Kyla Kennaley returned as judges.

Ten contestants competed in this series. The series was won by Elora Khanom with Jen Childs and Pamela Kramer finishing as runners-up.
