Kristen Kish: "Chefs, for your quick fire challenge, our friends at Finish Ultimate have identified the 10 toughest stains in America, which you can see represented right here. You'll each be using these stains as inspiration for your dishes."

"But your only clue to what you might be working with was left behind on these dishes. You can come on up and grab one."

Kristen Kish: "You're correct. You have dried on tomato sauce."

Kristen Kish: "So, Lana, you have burnt on greasy meat sauce. Cesar ... coffee. Bailey, you have guacamole. There's mac and cheese. Oatmeal. Eggs. More specifically, yolks. Tristan, yellow rice. "

Kristen Kish: "You must create a new dish featuring whatever tough stain was left behind. Chefs, you have just 30 minutes."
