Chef Buddha: "I got the Freezing emoji. I call my dish "Freezing myself to death". I took coconut water that's been frozen to snow. I made coconut cream, and coconut sorbet (which forms a skull) with damson, raspberry and ginger. "
Chef Gaggan Anand: "I love the way you thought about the emotion behind this emoji, and the way you presented your food. Buddha, that was like, wow. That was one of my dishes. I would do for that emoji. So well done, Buddha."
