Voice-over: "John is hoping his pesto, red onion, and feta stuffed buns will be enough to impress Paul today."
Prue Leith: "Very nice and shiny."
=John: "So it is an oregano dough with an oregano and garlic pesto, caramelized red onion and barrel aged feta.'
[Judges point out that there is a big empty space inside the buns.]
Paul Hollywood: "Anything that's in the filling, that's got liquid in. Yeah. As it bakes, it produces steam and then the steam creates the pocket."
Paul Hollywood: "I actually like the flavor. I just think these textures aren't perfect."
Prue Leith: "Yeah, it's a bit dry."
