To support her new life in Yorkshire, Ukrainian born Nataliia is training to be an accountant. She's hoping her almond flavored white rose tribute to her adopted home will help her retain the Star Baker crown.
Prue Leith: "Does it really look like a rose?" Paul Hollywood: "Yes, it is very almondy. Flavor of the almond is good but they are a bit soft, which is surprising because they're very thin."
