Star Baker Mark's Indian-inspired pasties with spiced cauliflower, paneer, and lots of turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic. Even includes spiced pastry.
Paul: 'Do you know, that is really what a pasty should look like. It's full. The pastry looks beautiful. Soft and tender, but firm enough to, if not hurl over a hedge, at least hold in your hand. It tastes beautiful. The spices in there, the chili in there, it's just the right amount. It's got a nice kick of heat in there. The textures are spot on. It's gorgeous. Very good.'
