Aloo Gobi Yorkshire Puddings
Chickpea flour batter with nigella seeds, filled with aloo gobi curry
Actually got 24 blinis with rice on top. Topping is good flavor but Yorkshire pudding is dry, solid, well baked like a biscuit. Not surprised it didn't rise using chickpeas and nigella seeds - very heavy flour. Vary in size from thick to thin.
