"One of the most unique things I had moving down south was an ambrosia salad. So I just want to make it something that tasted like that, using seasonal pears, goji berries, a little bit of Italian meringue on top, pistachios for texture, and then just a little bit of toasted coconut, which is very traditional for ambrosia salad.
