Voice-over: "Jonathan's signature bread with anchovies, sweet paprika and oregano, involves adding a ripple of savory filling to his classic white bread recipe."


Jonathan: "I've had to be careful with the amount of salt I put into my bread. I'm adding anchovies, sweet paprika, fresh oregano, and some extra virgin olive oil."



 

Paul Hollywood: "You get a lot of flavor and salt from anchovies."


Jonathan: "I'm going to flatten it down, put the flavor inside and then seal it and then roll it into a snail kind of shape."



Mary Berry: "It has risen very well because it's quite easy for it all to go flat, isn't it?"


Paul Hollywood: "The dough is a bit tight. It is a bit stodgy. You cut down the salt a little bit too much on your dough."


Mary Berry: "It does taste as though it needs more salt."
