Chef Amanda: "My dish is about wealth, so I am using more luxurious ingredients. I have scallop, caviar, and some roe and angel hair pasta."
Buddha Lo: "The seafood was cooked really nicely on Amanda's dish."
Gail Simmons: "The pasta's made very well. The roasted scallop is beautiful on my dish, and so is the lobster."
