Arroz con Leche, Cheerwine Gel

Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Brandon's dessert is arroz con leche (Mexican cinnamon rice pudding) built on Carolina Gold rice as a Southern-pantry nod.
Brandon: "I am making arroz con leche with cheerwine gel... using cheer wine in place of the raisins so you have a better texture."
He sets five small Cheerwine cherry gel cubes on top of each serving, mimicking the way his nanny used to put the raisins on the surface so he and his twin Jonathan could pick them off.
Brandon: "Our nanny used to put the raisins on top because we could pick them off. And so for me, it was intentional. Put five pieces." Pre-plated for service speed.
RESULT: Brandon sent to Last Chance Kitchen finale.
{Gail}: "Brandon's rice pudding. I'm getting a lot of inconsistently cooked rice."
{Kristen}: "There's, like, clumps of uncooked rice."
{Michael}: "You can't do anything to fix that. You have to just start over."
{Claire}: "The little pops of cherry flavor were nice, but I kept on digging into the bottom thinking there'd be something, and it was a big let down."
{Gail}: "I just think the rice is not cooked."
{Sherry}: "I like the flavors, though."
{Michael}: "I like the cinnamon."
Judges' table - {Gail}: "You know, there just wasn't enough in each bite to really get it. In contrast to the rich flavor of the rice pudding. And the rice didn't feel, like, perfectly cooked."
{Tom}: "Brandon, you're standing one dish. And it was probably the weakest dish. Should have known to do a little bit more."
