Baklava-Inspired Tear and Share Bread

Geography teacher Alice draws inspiration from Turkish baklava for her sweet tear-and-share ring. The Essex baker with dentist parents rebelled through her sweet tooth, creating honey and orange blossom flavored bread with mixed nuts. She hopes the bread base will temper baklava's typically overwhelming sweetness.
Paul: "I think your flavors that you achieve are beautiful. Okay. Really, really nice flavors. Nice loaf there." Prue: "It's very cheesy. You've got loads of flavor and loads of texture in there as well. It's beautifully baked, though. It's slightly over pre otherwise and I think it tastes lovely. Well done."
