Yorkshire puddings filled with beef fillet and mushrooms, served with horseradish cream and grated horseradish in the batter
Nice color but could go a little browner. Cute and dainty but differences in size. Flavor is very good but a little soft. Great texture inside with irregular air pockets. Well baked but needed just a couple more minutes in the oven. Excellent flavors.
