Berry Almond Crumble Traybake
Layered traybake with almond sponge base topped with mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) and golden crumble topping, decorated with glazed fresh berries and almonds. Dialog: {Christine}: "So it's an almond sponge in the bottom and then it has a mixture of three berries, which is blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. My mother, bless her, always used to put a little bit of water in her crumble to get more sort of lumps. It's never worked for me. Sort of a cross between pastry and crumble then."
