Gary: "I think I'm doing a black forest gateau, frangipane tart, and a steamed treacle and ginger pudding."
Gary: "I'm gonna start building them. Loads of kirsch."
Gary: "We got a frangipane tart, got a treacle sponge, and there's a black forest gateau."
[Showstopper: a retro dessert trolley of at least three individually portioned desserts, eight of each, with at least one baked element. 4 hours 30 minutes.]
Nigella: "The sight of those black forest gateaux, I mean, that is pure dessert trolley. You like your kirsch?"
Paul: "I'm not getting the cherries, because the kirsch is burning out the taste of the cherries."
Nigella: "It's missing that luxurious layer of chocolate."
