Black Sesame Basque Cheesecake
Tom: "I feel like they're going to look at my Basque cheesecake and go that doesn't look appetizing."
Tom: "So I'm taking burn to the absolute extreme and I'm doing a black sesame cheesecake that will be black."
Tom: "And the sesame flavor is in the cheesecake itself."
Tom: "There's black everywhere."
Tom's offering features a black chocolate lemon on top which when cracked will spill a bright lemon curd as his only color deviation from the all-black theme."
Prue: "When you described it I thought that's not going to look attractive. But you always surprise us, Tom."
Prue (picking up the tempered dark chocolate sphere: "Give it a whack. Oh look at that. Look at that."
Paul: ""Wow. You need the lemon curd. The sesame flavor is only just there. It's not overwhelming at all. It's a very much a back note because you could argue there is very little flavor in that."
Prue: "I think it's more exciting to look at than it is to eat."
