Blueberry & Orange Traybake
Spanish-inspired traybake based on tarta de Santiago, a classic frangipane cake. Traditionally lemon-flavored but adapted with orange and blueberries for fruity edge. Decorated with mascarpone cream swirls flavored with whiskey liqueur. Dialog: {Robert}: "Today's tray bake is based on tarta de Santiago, which is a Spanish classic frangipane cake. Normally it's flavored with lemon. I'm flavoring it with orange and I'm adding blueberries to it to give it a fruity edge. I used to live and work in Spain for a couple of years. That's where I met my wife and tarta de Santiago is absolutely divine."
