Which Show?
Who made this dish?

[Gluten free laminated pastries shaped as butterflies, filled with a classic almond frangipane and blueberries macerated with lemon juice and brown sugar.]

Connie: "Yes. I need 20. This is the longest part of the whole thing."

Connie: "Just this one that I'm not too happy about." [An unidentified voice: "That's a lot of butter, Connie. There's too much butter in them."]

Connie: "Oh, my goodness."

Connie: "They look baked."

Paul Hollywood: "You've got a lovely flake on there. I love the blueberry flavor in there. I think the blueberry flavor is really nice with the frangipane. I love the filling. It's the pastry. You want to take the filling right to the end because all that is dry pastry."

Nigella Lawson: "But the butteriness of the pastry is good. It's just when there's that ratio of filling to pastry, it can make the pastry seem heavier than it is."
