Who made this dish?

A hybrid carrot cake and parkin decorated with a buttercream bonfire and topped with biscuit rockets and meringue fireworks. Gill: "So I've always loved bonfire night. And as soon as you say bonfire night, it's parkin." Gill: "It could go one of two ways here, can't it? I can show that I can really do it. I can show that I really have no idea at parkin whatsoever. And I failed it twice." The cake is a blend between parkin and carrot cake with spices and ginger. Gill created treacle biscuit dough for the rockets decoration.

Paul Hollywood: "I love the fire around the outside." Prue Leith: "It's beautifully done there." Paul Hollywood: "But I hope it tastes better than the parkin we had yesterday." Prue Leith: "I love the nice thin, very even layers." Paul Hollywood: "It is a blend between parkin and carrot. It's spot in the middle. The spices and the ginger, not just the right level. I think it looks great. Tastes good." Prue Leith: "I do too. I think it's lovely."
