Who made this dish?
Inspired by the bedtime hot chocolate Gabe calls a "snoozy choc." Served in ramekins: chocolate sponge over a cocoa and orange liqueur sauce, topped with homemade marshmallow. Gabe: "So my self-saucing puds are inspired by our little snoozy chocs. It's a hot chocolate that we have before bed. This one is going to have some lovely orange liqueur. The sauce should be all oozy and delicious." Gabe: "I'm going for a classic chocolatey sponge." Gabe: "It is so timing dependent. Got no leeway either side." Gabe: "Adding my sauce in, so this will make a really rich chocolatey orange liqueur sauce." Gabe: "They're going in. And now we wait." Gabe: "So these are my boozy snoozy chocs. Chocolate sponge, with orange liqueur."
Nigella (at the bench): "Lovely." Paul: "There's not enough liquid in there. And it's slightly over baked." Nigella: "To temper that, you just do need sauce." Paul: "It's a very grown up flavor." Paul: "Thank you, Gabe."
