Gabe baked with his partners Ellis and Tyler (who call themselves "the boy band"), making a Basque-style coconut cheesecake with chocolate ganache and lime curd, inspired by their favorite coconut chocolate bar, and decorated with shards of coconut. 

Gabe: "This is my partner, Ellis." 

Gabe: "So we are doing a cheesecake inspired by one of our favorite chocolate bars, the iconic coconut chocolate bar. Obviously, our little throuple boy band. It's our go-to selection box." 

Gabe: "I know a lot of people call it a throuple. We call it a boy band." 

{Noel}: "Boy band. Who's the dancer?" 

Gabe: "Oh, Tyler. Are you the singer? I'm the singer." 

{Gabe}: "Theatrical." (on the coconut shards) 

Gabe: "A coconut cheesecake with a whipped [unclear], chocolate ganache and [lime curd]."
