Braided Garlic Butter Mini Loaves

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
[Signature challenge: the ultimate garlic bread. Any style, but it must be made with a yeasted dough and taste fabulously garlicky. Three hours. Paul and Nigella asked for garlic to be the star, with any extra flavors complementing it rather than overpowering it.]
Molly made mini loaves using a single bulb of garlic in her garlic butter, which was brushed on and piped inside each loaf before the dough was sealed with a stitched, braided-effect pattern on top.
Molly: "I'm just trying to check if the dough has been kneaded enough."
Molly: "I'm going to put a whole bulb in the garlic butter. A whole bulb of garlic feels like a lot of garlic."
Paul: "Nice idea."
Molly: "It's a bit like stitching rather than braiding, almost, but it looks braided on the top. It's really nice."
Nigella: "You make bread a lot?"
Molly: "I enjoy making bread. I quite like it."
Noel: "See, his face lit up. You said I make bread a lot."
Molly: "No pressure, though."
Molly: "It's puffed up pretty nicely."
Molly: "Nicely spread through the whole thing."
Molly: "Right, going in, guys."
Molly: "Yeah, I'm pleased with it. We've all got cozy together."
Molly: "Ta-da."
Molly (after judging): "I definitely underfilled them a bit. Totally fair feedback. So, you know, I've just gotta take it and crack on and hope that I can have a good technical."
Paul: "I love the color. I think the color's good. I think it might be a bit dense. Let's have a look. You can see how tight that is."
Nigella: "How much garlic did you use?"
Molly: "So it's one bulb."
Nigella: "A bit more garlic for me."
Paul: "Not getting much flavor in that at all. It's like a plain white bread."
Nigella: "It's just a bit compacted."
Paul: "Needed a little bit longer of proving and certainly more flavor."
Molly: "I thought you might say that."
Alison: "I'd love it with a nice tomato soup."
Paul (later): "I thought her signature was okay."
