Brunch Potato Cake (Sabina)
Irish potato cake with a poached egg, smoked salmon, wilted spinach and hollandaise sauce. Sabina: "I'm trying to make sure that I do the little swirl in the water so that I can make it form into the perfect circle. It seemed to be working, and I love eggs, so you can't go wrong with that."
Anna: "Are all the eggs going to be as nice as this one?"
Sabina: "Yes, they are. Definitely."
Grace: "Sabina. She's like, I got this. Prepare yourself for a delicious brunch dish."
Anna: "Your eggs are absolutely perfect. They hold their shape. They're runny. The potato cakes, you got them absolutely bang on."
Grace: "Your hollandaise has a lovely acidity to it and seasoning. This is a really good dish."
Anna: "Sabina is one to watch. There is instinct oozing out of her as a cook."
