Gail Simmons: "Yep."
Gail Simmons: "Victoire, I really loved that you could pick it up with your hands, but it had foie gras in it, and that felt really surprising."
Graham Hornigold: "Who doesn't love foie gras? But it's the little bit touches on the leaf for me.
Tom Colicchio: "It definitely ate well. I would have blanched the cabbage a little bit more. It was a little on the tough side.
