Mo and his cousin Ezra made a cardamom Basque cheesecake with lemon, topped with strawberry compote and pistachio paste, inspired by the bakes Mo makes for his family.
{Noel}: "Mo, what's it like having your cousin here?"
Mo: "It's quite nice. I mean, that's what I can say."
Mo: "When my mom's like, oh, they're coming over, I'll be like, this person likes this, let me make it for them."
Mo: "Get a paper towel and just dab them dry. Gently stir that." (to Ezra)
{Mo}: "She attempted to zest the lemon. She left half the lemon." [speaker/relative unclear]
Mo: "It's a cardamom Basque cheesecake. On top is a strawberry compote and some pistachio paste."
Paul: "It's very busy with the flavors. Just pick two, and one highlights the other."
Nigella: "You know you want three. You know you do. I think you do have to have confidence in your flavors, 'cause it's got the beginnings of a really excellent cheesecake."
