Christine created a Caribbean-inspired pina colada trifle featuring mango jam, coconut custard, and rum syrup. Living with her husband Rob for 31 years, she often bakes his personal favorites, and this trifle was one of them. The dessert captured tropical flavors reminiscent of the cocktail, with Christine carefully testing her mango jam during preparation to ensure proper consistency and flavor balance.

Paul Hollywood found it most pleasing and attractive. Mary Berry confirmed it was definitely a pina colada with just the right amount of Malibu, praising the sponge flavor, fruit flavors, and overall appearance as superb. She called the custard great and said the overall flavors were fantastic. Paul noted that if the Swiss roll hadn't been quite as soaked, it would have held together better.
