Who made this dish?

Molly-Mae's tray bake was a classically spiced carrot cake elevated into a charming horticultural scene. The surface was piped with vivid green cream cheese icing to represent a manicured lawn, topped with hand-piped orange carrot shapes complete with feathery green tops, and finished with fondant bunnies, including one presented cheekily from behind. As insurance against mishaps, Molly-Mae baked two sponges in advance, selecting the better of the two and cooling it rapidly in the freezer before decorating. The result was composed, confident, and beautifully executed, earning a Hollywood Handshake from Paul and warm praise from Cherish for both the bake and the decoration.

Paul Hollywood: "That looks pretty cool, actually. It looks really nice."

Paul Hollywood: "That's a really good sponge -- so well baked, moist, full of flavor. Your spice levels are spot on as well."

Paul Hollywood: "It's a nice height because the filling inside -- you've got cream cheese in there as well."

Cherish Finden: "What I really like is the cheeky little rabbit with the bum on the top. I really like it."

[Paul Hollywood awarded a Hollywood Handshake.]
