Rohan described this as a tribute to all the street vendors who work so hard. The dish is a popular Indo-Chinese street food, with the cauliflower fried until crispy and then tossed in the sticky, flavorful sauce.
Adam Handling ranked Rohan's canape 4th out of four. Adam noted it was a touch on the messier side to eat but had lots of flavor. Hannah commented that it tasted like her local Chinese takeaway in the best possible way, saying the sauce was 'so good.' Orry and Hannah both identified Rohan as strong competition based on his flavors.
