{Jake}: "I made a cake inspired by champurrado, or Mexican hot chocolate, with a flourless brownie sponge, a chili chocolate mousse, a masa harina cocoa crumble, a passion fruit sabayon, and a caramelized white chocolate miso ganache. Inside there's chocolate spiced with cinnamon, cayenne and a little chili powder."
Top four (Americas). {Judge}: "Good grief, I'm still trying to list all the components."
{Judge}: "Jake, you're like this season's Willy Wonka, there are so many things happening here."
{Judge}: "Start off with that beautiful chocolate mousse, it's just melt in your mouth. I don't know if it needs a sabayon, it's irrelevant, but it's delicious."
{Judge}: "I'm not sure anybody else could have pulled this off. The level of spice is right there on the edge. You're onto some delicious combinations. Good job."
