Laura's traditional approach using cheese and onion filling enhanced with leeks, cream, and fresh thyme. Made with a 'teeth pastry' learned from Paul Hollywood's book.
Paul: 'Lovely pastry. I think that if you've done it faster and hotter, you might have kept a little more of the color.' Prue: 'Nice flakey pastry. The filling in there as well, going right to the sides. I love that it's flakey. Pastry is holding together. It's moist in the middle, but not wet. I could gobble it up. I think you've got the perfect blend there of ingredients. The texture and flavor is spot on.'
