Paul Hollywood: "That's the question. Oh, more of a splodge, really, isn't it? What I love about that cake is cherries are sour and you've imparted that into the sponge, which is quite tricky to do."
Prue Leith: "The texture's perfect, flavour's lovely. It's very good."
