Classic mini Swiss rolls filled with cherry and tarragon jam. An unusual herb-fruit combination that Abdul chose for his British seasonal picnic selection. The tarragon adds an interesting anise note to complement the sweet cherries.
Prue: 'The cherries work really well with it. Not getting much tarragon kicking in. But overall, I think you've done a decent job. Your flavors are all good.' Paul: 'Flavors are excellent.' Technical issue noted: 'The Swiss rolls have lost a little bit of color.'
